After thinking I had blown the HG on my RB20, I've come to realize that it's not the head gasket that went. I think the problem is the "water outlet pipe assembly". I think there is a small hole in the metal portion just beneath the 5th and 6th intake runner....it's on EN-118 in the FSM.

Does anyone know where I could get a new one of these? I have no clue as to where to even start. I'd like to get a new one so I don't have to go through this again with a used one.

Is it on the actual metal part or are the hoses leaking thru the clamps?

As of now I'm unsure. I can't see exactly where it's coming from without removing the intake mani. I got the upper off yesterday before it started raining.....I'll get the rest off today.

I think it's coming from the actual metal judging by the stream of water I could see. It was too uniform to be spraying past a clamp. I think the metal part may have rusted from the inside causing a pin-hole similar to those found in copper water piping in old houses.

Could very well be. Some of those fittings are pretty rusty by the time we get them. Maybe someone with FAST could look the part number up for you and get a cross-reference. Otherwise, I'm sure someone has a trashed RB20 block that would sell that fitting to you.

Found it.

It wasn't coming from the metal piece. It was coming from a softline coming off the block to feed the heater core and turbo. Easy Fix.

Thanks for the help, Darius!
