Pilot Bushing Removal Accident...

While chipping my pilot bushing out, the chisel cut through and managed to chip (.1 to .3mm) whatever is directly behind it slightly(crankshaft?). It looks like there is a step in diameter behind it and when i went through the bronze i barely chipped into it. I know the engine is internally balanced with weights so am i okay?

Can't help you with this but next time fill it with grease then stick something in there that just fits (an extension with tape wrapped around it works great) and tapp it out with the force from the grease.

Yeah for sure. I just spoke with Derrick at Advance Racing Technology here in Sarasota and he says it should be fine, since it wasn't much of anything. He knows the z32 like the back of his hand so i trust his judgement.
