Quite off-topic, but I must say...

Your thread title spells "woes" as "whoes" and everytime I read it, I think it says "whores"

That makes me grin.

lmao. i noticed i spelt it wrong after i posted it.

on a good note. the bushing is now out. i left my friend alone for 10 minutes while i went to get pb blaster and he cut it up a bit.

after i came back with the pb blaster it came out with some more whacking from the slide hammer and bearing puller.

thank god that is over.

Next time anyone else has a problem and you are drilling the bearing out just measure the bearing and then put some masking tape on the drill so you know when to stop. Usually if you put two holes pretty close to each other and hit the bearing from the side it will break in half. Also you need to use a drill that is just bearly smaller than the bearing. And I think the only way you would hit the oil seal is if your drill came to life like that electric knife on Maximum Overdrive.

I chiseled mine out, just cut two lines in it with a cold chisel. That will let the load out of it, and it will slide out with your pinky.
