pillow ball mounts

Does anyone know of anywhere you can buy rebuild kits for the pillow balls in camber plates? Mine are going out and knock pretty bad on these city streets, but I dont want to spend 200 for whole new mounts

what kind do you have? I thought OE ones from courtesy Nissan were like ~$50ish each, but they aren't adjustable.
