pignose?

hey guys, real quick question... Im pretty sure it does but i want to be sure. Does the pignose front bumper fit on a convertible? i searched pignose in this forum and couldnt find anything :-/ thanks

i have a pignose on my 93 i think it looks way better than the shark nose in my opinion i need to take some pics and post it for u guys ive been a member to long and never posted pics im sorry guys i will have some up soon .

alright, thats good that the pignose fits... My car was recently wrecked and i need ANY front end i can get my hands on. Guy down the road selling me an entire fastback with all the needed parts from the front end. My plans are still going for silvia though later cause its sex on wheels

One thing, though....the fenders on the pignose were slightly different, so your fenders may not match up exactly with the pignose front. Just FYI.

the pignose fenders aren't different at all except for having no holes to mount the fender caps that 91+ bumpers have..

That's what I meant. You'll have to make the holes to put the caps on, otherwise you'll have a space where the caps should be. And since the pignose didn't have the caps at all, that's how they're different.

Any ways NISXAN what caps are you talking about? So i can just go buy a piggy bumper and bolt it up?You have any pics of what ur talking about?

I had one for a week while I fixed the bumper on it. It probably would have looked prety good if it was white and not tan, and if I put the lip back on it. No pictures though.

I think it Nategreat or something like that has a pignose bumper, with pictures

the chuki front end has fender 'extensions on the lower portion just below the body line... they are plastic peices that clip in to sit flush with the bumper....

if you use a pignose bumper but keep the chuki fenders and remove the extensions, there will be 2 holes on either fender.... the pignose fenders do not have these holes

i think it looks great and as for the lip its baseboard molding it looks ok fo the mean time if you look closely you can see a dual cam motor in the backseat of the car

yes those are it the chuki has a cover that extends out just a tad mor to compensate for the wider chuki bumper.

chuki> pignose no lip.

pignose + super low > chuki low

chuki high > pignose high
