it's just red translucent spray paint on the tails, and black paint on the center garnish. it's easy to do, and looks hella nice.

Yea I love it! How do you defeat the yellow turn signals with the translucent spray?? I can't see it coming out looking clean and the same color?! hmmmmm

I did find a picture on CarDomain though.

His doesn't look too good though, he should've put on another coat or two.

then just put a thin coat of lacquer on it, wax it, then you'll be set. it'll shine like glass.

thanx for the comments guys... and yeah im so happy with how my tails turned out... regretfully i have no pics of the tails close up, with them off, but i do have a pic w/ the lights on, but it doesnt do justice..oh and rims btw are some discontinued kei office's that i got uber cheap..and a couple from driving around today..

nope.. my rims dont say that, cuz i have no centercaps. i had no idea what brand rims they were until i saw another 240 with them that had center caps, and those said like "KT - designed by Keiichi Tsuchiya..." - and they said a bit more than that too, but i cant remember

About those red tails again.....I told my friend about them and he wanted to see how they looked, so he used a Sharpie, yes a Sharpie, to color in the yellow on the tails for his daily. Believe it or not they didn't come out bad at all. Take a look (sorry for the horrible pics, my phone sucks):Not too bad for a marker, huh

Congrats on the nice piggy. Its super nice and clean. If I were you, the only thing I would do would be to put a front lip and some clean tear drop wheels. Good luck with your project.

hey MyRB25, dope car. I got mine recently as well. I picked mine up the first monday after easter. Now that i thought about it, I'm actually glad i picked mine up from a dealer instead of a private seller. Great price on yours though just a bit over a grand. I paid 1600 for mine but it was in "better" condition and came with a warranty. NJ 240's for the friggen win !! Another thing i found out was that 240's attract alot of police attention. Within like 3 days i was pulled over twice. The excuse they used to pull me over was that my license plate was at my window instead of on the bumper. I call because my buddy's Acura TL has no front plates and he's NEVER been pulled over in over a year.
