why?
the rev limiter is there for a reason. rev any higher and you can damage your engine if the valvetrain is stock. not to mention you wont make any power above the stock rev limiter. so there is no reason to do this on a stock engine.
and increase fuel? fuel mileage? put more gas in the engine? just adding fuel dosent make horsepower. any type of piggyback needs to be tuned but if its a stock rb20 theres no reason wasting the money on a piggyback because its stock! its not needed till you modify bigger components on the engine (i.e. turbo upgrade, injectors, etc)
i hope im not sounding like im condescending to you, if i am i apologize. its just you asked a very generic question and it requires very specific things to be done to the car to make those mods worthwhile.
please give us some more info on your setup
