i have jsut got me a 92 coupe with a ca motor in iy and abotu a month ago and its running way to rich so when i took a look at my o2 sensor only of the 3 wire wat connected just the blakc one the other two wite wore were cut and as i follow the black wire it seems to be wired into the harness could it just be a simulaotr so it doesnt trigger the check engien light ???

If only the black is connected..then your piggly wiggly (WTF!!??) 02 sensor is not connected.

Replace the 02 sensor, and fix the wiring. The wiring was cut for a reason, probably a blown 02 sensor heater...
