Pig nose to chuki

I have been trying to put this bumper on for three hours and it don't line up for sh---,from what i heard the chuki bumper fits right in a 90 s13 body .So do i need different fenders or !!What do i need ?I put my old pig nose on and it fits perfect but i want the chuki look and i know i will need fender extensions for the bottom of the fender to mach up.

you need the fender extensions for the bumper to line up properly with the fender. good luck

Mine bolted right up didn't have any issues whatsoever... user error?

if you provide pics of the imperfection, we may be able to give some pointers.

Doth not the stock bumpers both chuki and piggy have studs on the sides along with the little alignment pins to bolt on to the fenders? I've decided to stick with piggy so I can't really say what's what for a chuki bumper since I haven't got the extra one yet.

I will put pic up tomorrow.The only thing i can think is that the bumper metal inserts are bent because the bumper left side looks like it had i silty paint off and that's the side that is giving me the most problems,one side lines up and the other doesn't.

I had a friend who attempted the same thing and the holes in the fender didn't line up.

Like NISSAN240SX12 said you need the fender extensions for the bumper.

I understand but the thing is that the hole do line up it s that the top part of the fender where it meets the headlights the bumper doesn't look as flush as the other side.I am starting to think that i go a bad bumper

i had the same problem, i had to redrill one hole on the fender for the insert to align properly.

Make sure those brackets are the right size. You might have to put new bolts in it.

Are you sure you're not trying to use the 5mph bumper foam for the pig bumper on this chuki? That's a no no!

I try to use it so i guess it a no no but even with it not on i still get a bad alignment.

i have a 89 piggy and my chuki bumper bolted right up and i dont have the extensions on, i cant find any
