Waiting to unleash 500 wheel next summer

Back in this week to continue making 300whp.

Its awsome how ruthless a real 300whp in an s13 is. I feel like... my testicles are so large.

I got freaked out when I found some debris in my oil pan. I proceeded to tear the entire motor apart bottom up, and found nothing lol. I built myself a good engine, hammered it ruthlessley for 4 months straight and I will continue to do so very soon.

everything looked great inside though, reused everything except for that oil control ring I snagged on #2 when putting the pistons back in.

god I love this motor more and more whenever I hammer it maliciously it gives me no grief, just loud gunshots out the tailpipe.

oh I dont know if you can see it but under the bench in pic number 2 is ca18det # 3.

This is the kind of sh*t that would make even guys like Sean Connery stand up and take notice. I propose we create and award the "Order of the Nico CA Forum" to ks13 for his commitment to the betterment of the CA community and for his building of badass motors.

I am so glad my wife is understanding. I can't go overboard but I am at least allowed to play.

Definately dedicated and you definately have a nice looking motor there.

And when I am in New London, NH in late July/August, I will pop over and we can corner weight my car! Yay! You're so considerate!

your a nico OG, I'll even hook you up with a premium price. But I'll have to speak with Ryan (float) first and see what he has to say first, Im sure you understand.

and if your thinking of corner weighting your car with cinderblocks for ballast or a sledgehammer to your shock towers let me remind you the proper way to balance is with height adjustable coilovers.

what brings you to my neck of the woods this summer?

stock bottem end rebuild if your shooting for 250whp.

just re-ring your pistons and reuse them as long as one isnt melted or anything silly.

My friend owns the private beach on lake Soonipi (sp?) and I go every summer because, well, its the nicest state in the union during the summer, hands down. Totally worth the 22hr drive. We will either be in my car, his 400hp WRX, or both.

I don't actually need to corner weight my car, I have scales here I can use. I don't have coils either so its really kind of pointless. I will however give you a call when I'm up there though. My 240 isn't as shady as you might think.

yea NH is awsome, our state moto is "live free or die" how badass is that?

I have not had the joy of hearing that monster rip yet.

it supposedly made 420whp at 15 psi, conservative ignition timing.

it has 84mm pistons, forged rods, knifedged lightened crank, tomie pro cams, tomei solid lifters, tomei cam gears, rotating assembly is balanced as well.

Holy hell this motor can make 420 hp on 15 psi? Care to elaborate on how that could be achieved? I was under the impression much more boost was needed.

like I said supposedly it made that power.

its a honkin turbo man, its going to flow ALOT more air at lower psi.

its has huge cams, and it was dynod on race gas.

Best part about NH is the massive state liqour stores at all the rest areas along the interstate.

Ha, this will be the first time I have been old enough to buy it there. I didn't go last year after I turned 21. Should be quite the time this year.

did I tell you guys about how videotaping wreckless operation is a bad idea?
