To 'reward' the G for doing so well at the track I gave it a bath, claybar, wax, leather treatment ect....

It looked so good I had to take some pictures.

SVT you all still have a ban?? There is a leak in a main in NYC that is leaking enough water to fix the drought.

Phoenix got a lot of early rain this year so we are doing okay. The salt river is actaully STILL running blocking one of my routes to work ;-(

awesome.... love the G when it is new!

quick question gwoods:Why did you opt for your G without the sport package at time of purchase?

I understand that everyone has their own preference etc... and either way the G is a great car...

Yeah, just curious

Man that looks good. I need to keep up on my cars better. I'm thinking about buying a Jorgens detail kit its about $100. Not sure how good it is compared to others but comes w/ all the brushes, waxes, different towels, wash bucket and everything else you need.

I didn' know there was that big of a weight difference. I didnt like the seats in the sport. I also didn't want to pay extra for the bigger rims, since I knew I would be getting some after market lightweight rims anyways. I need to spray my G off. It been showering off and on here with a bit of wind and I have a custom flat black look going...

That is the magazine weight difference I suspect without the premium package my sedan weighs closer to 3350 lbs.. I need to just go to a truck scale and weigh it.

My Hemi Ram in race trim weighed 5200 lbs even

I have heard 100 lbs weight reduction is usually good for a tenth in the 1/4 mile.

Nice! I almost got the journey with all the bells and whistles, but i got a better deal on the sports w/out the premium so instead i went ahead and got it. I like the seats on the journey better though much more comfy

Looks beautiful. The weather there looks so great! When I used to live in Az, I took the sunny days for granted. I am really dying for a cloudless sky. I am also so sick of the perpetual rain.

Looks great Jeff! I need to do a detail on the G sometime soon, but just haven't had the time... I still have a 160+ MPH bumble bee imbedded in my bumper from my trip to vegas!
