Here it is. I have suspected FAN CLUTCH inoperative. Here is the proof! Note the black shiny stuff where hub meets with the seal (orange seal) It is silicone(black) leaking, I got it to do it when I boiled it, similar to TERMOSTAT testing. It hasn't locked up or became at leas more resistant, remained free when spining (with a bit of resistance). Cheeres!
