I painted the sideskirts, the front/back bumper, splash guards, and the foglight inserts.

Nice car man.

Aren't you scared of painting this type of plastic??? Looks like the type of plastic paint may chip off. Just wondering.

He's better off buying the V sport package bumpers and side skirts from somewhere besides the dealer instead of painting it. It could cost him more but would turn out better in the long run (no paint chipping). I wish the sport package was standard on the SL to being with.

I'm digging those rims.

I'm probably going to buy the sport package sideskits if I can source them somewhere. I wouldimagine they be cheaper and it would look better too

I beleive that http://Versaspeed.com sells them....I guess not I just checked and they aren't listed, he used to sell them, I would contact him to see if he could still get them

I'll check with Bob. Might as well. As for the front bumper, I wouldn't change it...

However, that doesn't mean I can't add on something awesome like this



Edit: I just realized that isn't a lip, its a whole bumper

^^^^ I fail to see the awesome on this car.

Just get some matching color sideskirts and lips and your car will be great IMO. It's clean as is, don't overdo it.
