I'm trying to put my intake manifold back on but it's been too long. If I could get some pictures of some engine bays it would really help. Especially the rear of the engine around that tube that connects one side of the manifold to the other.

TIA,

Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions today.

I spent all day putting it back together hoping it would be right and fearfull that something would be.

I went to crank it up (It's been sitting in the carport torn apart for almost 4 months) and after a few tries, it fires up, coughs a little and then smooths out.

I let it idle for a few minutes and then realized that I had not added any coolant back. (Some had leaked out when I pulled one of the coolant lines off.) I shut it off and go to add some water and notice a coolant leak.

Finally found the leaking line. It is a small coolant return like coming from the throttle body underneath the manifold to the back of the engine.

I can get to one side of that line but will probably have to take the manifold back off to get to the one on the underside of the manifold.

Oh well, not today. At least it runs.

Yeah, because I won't have to take everything apart, just enuf to where I can lift the back edge of the manifold up to get to that hose.
