You'll either need to purchase an iServe account on NICO or sign up for some photo hosting site like http://www.photobucket.com and then link the pictures from there.

http://i144.photobucket.com/al...3.jpgIf you look at this pic, there are two pipes that connect to the top of the intercooler. The one closest to the bottom of the pic is the cold pipe(the one that looks like plastic) it connects to the intake manifold. The pipe right above that is the hot pipe, it connects to the intercooler on one side and a flange on the turbo at the other end. Hope that helps.

So clean. Ill have pictures of the ca removal and installation from many angles to help people refer to things since the ca is from a front clip and should be complete (Venus auto- The boss is a lil *****). If putting the smic on your 240sx, its more simple than installing a front mount. You still need to drill a hole for the pipings but it beats drilling 2 on a fm. Only thing that may be difficult is having the intercooler placed and bolted down. But Im not too sure yet until I do the swap.

It really isnt that bad, the toughest part is cutting out the hole for your pipes to gog through. I found that it went pretty smooth if you just cut/trace around the boss that is already there, it makes the hole just the right size. As far as actually installing the intercooler, it just bolts right up. Just take your front fascia and fender well off to give you room to work with.

Just have a puch and tap a indentation on where you want the hole, than attach a 2-3" drill hole for a drill, sand and your done.

You know, that makes a lot more sense than what I did (using a reciprocating saw to cut around the shape of the boss). It never ceases to amaze me how I always seem to find easier methods after I have already completed the task, lol.
