I meant to do this 5 days ago (7-8-09but got sidetracked like a lion hunting for antelope at a yarn factory. I went to the USA vs Honduras Gold cup game last week, and USA continued their undefeated streak at home. 2-0 was the final. Very good game. It was my first Soccer game, and it was more ecstatic and electric there than all 3 baseball games and nfl games I've ben to combined. Here are a few pics, the first from the first game (it was a double header) between haiti and grenada (who absolutely sucked) and a few vids from the wild crowd. See? no one there for the haiti game... guess there aren't many hatians in DC area. It was at RFK. My seats were there in the first pic. 20 feet high off the ground, about 20 rows back. Very good seats for $25. People Piling in now... USA!!! U-S-A!!!Just kidding. My wife made me dress in blue and white to support her country... ug. I could see the ambulance from my seat ready to play! Thats me... And didn't tell me. Anyway, it was a great game. US is a force this season. Their defense is amazing, only allowed honduras to have 3 shots on goal. The front line had 9 shots, two of them goals. Final score:USA-2 Honduras-0

From what I've heard, people in europe DIE at Football games, so no. Even here in the states, I witnesses a near riot towards the end of the game when it started raining cups and plates and bottles and children and trash. Then outside the stadium a couple morons decided to start fighting and get arrested. There were twice as many police at the 30,000 crowd game here than at the 60,000 crowd game I went to at MT bank stadium for a Ravens game. I do know to never ever EVER EVER EVER go to a manchester united game dressed up in visiting colors.

When I turn 16 I went to the MU game with my friend. ( Never told my Mom she would of killed me for that) Of course We made sure we had nothing else but red on us. LOL I didn't feel like getting killed that early stage of my life.

I've been in some others like Shalke, Kaiser, Dinamo Kiev, Dinamo Moskva, As Roma games but nothing was as exiting as the MU game.
