*PICS* QUESTION about g37s oem 19in rims center cap

i have a question about the specs on these center caps:



they came off of these wheels from the g37s:



i wanted to replace the center caps with something else. does anyone happen to know the dimensions/specs of these center caps? or even better... where i can get a blank center cap that can replace the OEM center caps and will fit these wheels?
