Actually, since I purchased my 2007 M35 used and it has the lane departure camera up top. I'm not totally sure mine is original, but here is the wind screen info at driver's side bottom:

Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure mine DOESN'T look like that, but I bought mine used as well. That having been said, I have LDW, and the windshield was in the care in 2009, so I'm pretty sure it's OEM. OTOH, maybe the LDW ones are made by a different company. Larz and Iconic, do you have LDW?

I have the LDW system and a 2006 M45.
My windshield doesn't look exactly like that...(sorry can't post a picture b/c in Texas the vehicle inspection safety sticker and plate registration sticker is right on top of that spot on the windshield, so you can't see the lettering.)

pretty sure it's OEM, although I bought it used--fwiw...all service done at Infiniti dealerships--complete records don't mention it being replaced,

mine says:

LAMISAFE
below this is a "JIS" emblem which has a slightly different appearance than Larz's
then there is a diamond shaped emblem with the words Asahi next to it
then M314 AS1
then DOT 20

I just did a little research online because my wind screen markings say nothing about Infiniti, Nissan, etc. We all know that car manufacturing is a world-wide effort now with parts from all over that eventually end up at the car manufacturer's factory, soI went the the AGC website and found:

AGC Group is a global cooperation with Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. in the center of the group, and focuses on five business areas—automotive glass, flat glass, display, chemicals, and electronics & energy taking pride in its world-class core technologies with glass, fluorine chemistry, and other key areas. The automotive glass division of AGC Group, strives to provide quality products and services worldwide as an automotive glazing supplier under its unified global brand, ‘AGC Automotive’.
AGC Automotive mainly produces and sells automotive glass for new vehicles and aftermarket replacement glass, and has top global market share with the new vehicle market.

Apparently AGC is the logo brand for Asahi Glass Company so this leads me to believe my M and others with AGC or Asahi in the markings have OEM glass - wether it is the original 'factory' wind screen or a replacement, it's still the OEM product. AGC lists Nissan Motors as one of their customers for new vehicle glass products.

I have AGC also, I guess it is OEM.
You need to compare same model years, as they may change suppliers.
mine is 2008

In the off-chance that you're thinking of replacing your windshield: don't get the version that supports LDW. Lane departure is useless on this car and the glass costs about 3X more..

I agree ! Infiniti (at least in 2007) didn't go far enough. Mercedes will actually shake the steering wheel flash on your dash, and apply brakes to whichever wheel will cause the car to drift back into it's lane. We get a silly little beep that you barely even hear over the music. Maybe back in 2007, this was cutting edge, but if they still just provide a 'beep' in the 2013's, they are sorely behind times. I leave mine set to ON, but it really doesn't do muchto help avoid accidents, which renders it useless in my opinion.

Yeah, it was a nice idea, but it's really gimmicky. There are a whole host of new technologies being used by companies across the board that work much better. The adaptive cruise on the other hand...that feature is golden!

I actually have lane departure prevention, it works well, especially with adaptive cruise.
I much prefer to have blind spot warning like benz's have a little red triangle in mirrors.
