I just took my manifold off last weekend the wastegate tube cracked at the manifold. Walker fixed it for me but I am waiting until Monday or Tuesday of next week to get the turbo inspected at MJM. I should be up and running next week.

Very nicely put together. Go out and get some numbers man. That thing should be at full boost by 2500rpm. Not great for big numbers but awsome for daily driving. Nice looking car as whole also. I like the color.

With that size turbo he'll be fine with a 2" exhaust. The turbo will cause enough back pressure to remove the nessesity for a larger exhaust pipe diameter.

Besides, from what I am seeing in planning my DP is that without pulling the AC (and maybe not even then) you can't get bigger than 2.5".

the entire exhaust system is 3" . on a side note it feeels awesome only with 10 psi, and much more fun than my older CA18det at 14 psi. C
