anyone have pics of the 30 percent tail light over lay on a silver coupe? preferably GTR, ive been thinking about the idea back forth so if someone could help it would be much appreciated. ive already seen the 60% but want to see the 30 to see if its noticeable at all or just a waste of money

Im getting my gtr tail vinyls soon this week. They are %60 but sine they have the holes cut out for the brake light, you may as well get %60 cause its not like it'll be illegal.

I either read it on a ticket or a cop told me that having ANYTHING on your headlights or taillights is illegal (at least in California). Not sure as there are many laws pertaining to the lights on a vehicle.

I had the top portion of my headlights tinted only covering the turn signal and parking light. I added turn signals to help other cars (although stocks were still visible) and still got numerous tickets for the tint.

30% wouldn't be dark enough to warrant a ticket I wouldn't think, my lights were just as black as my car

^ same as in Canada. If the 'anything' allows lights to be seen from 150m for safety, you're g2g

I'm not worried about legal issues bc the reverse and the brake light arent covered but I wanted to see if 30 is noticeable at all on the silver bc I've seen plenty of the 60, I want but more red in my lights that's why I'm opting for the lighter film so if any one has pics of a silver coupe with 30's please post and sorry for typos this from my iPhone and autocorrect for the fail lol

My lights were visible from way past the legal distance it had to do with the reflectors in the taillight being covered/dimmed

thats 60% on the dark slate right? ive seen tons of it i wanna see it 30% preferably on a silver even if its not the GTR tint and the whole thing but thanks for the pics
