nice! i first i was like "wheres the intercooler at?" pretty invisible. i noticed u cut out squares in the bumper support for intercooler airflow but will it get much airflow through there with the bumper on anyway? anyways.. i hope im at this point with my car soon. and what manifold are u using?

Well the thing is...Jess told me he wanted to get an SR swap but couldn't afford it, so he spray painted his valve cover and slap a turbo on there. You damn poser

the car looks good man. Did you have your valve cover powdercoated or did you just spay the paint on. Im thinking of doing the same type of thing on my car just to make the people who dont know s**t feel really dumb when they tell me they like the SR20.

i think the big hole in the bumper where IC's usually are positioned behind will give adequate flow to the intercooler.

The front of the actual bumper has holes, the bottom has holes, and the back has holes. The bumper basically isnt even there are far as the IC is concerned. The bottom of the bumper support is solid, so it will ram air into the intercooler actually giving me a boost of 925-950 horsepower, depending on how fast im going

*note: the horsepower above is estimated at mach3 during a cold day in Antartica

You want to fight me punk? I will kick you in the head for saying such things about my beautiful piping. Don't worry babies, he didn't mean it and yeah, zip ties kick butt. I have a very minumum estimate of about 2000 of them. I like having extras!

The exhaust from downpipe back + all the intercooler piping, including muffler and flex-pipe cost me $255 :) beat that with a stick!

dont think i could find a stick for less than $255 to beat that with. damn good deal and like i said u probably spent half of what i did plus u got bigger injectors afc wideband so yea ill fight u. alabama isnt that far lets race for slips

Either way you get me, but if you win, you get TurboKA37 too! wink wink

the guy who owns the muffler shop likes me so he hooks me up. Plus he gave me about $70 worth of good silicon connectors that a ricer left there by accident. finders keepers

I'm up for the challenge.... manifold, 3" downpipe+cat+about a foott more of muffler (that's where the buck ends :) ) and cooler piping for $350... that's including the labor for the turbo install... jeje... sometimes it pays living in a third world country
