Looks good. Mines just in a box floating around in the back so I can take it out easy for auto-x and stuff. The amps are on the back of the back seats.

but just one thing the carpet doesnt match that well. I do the whole trunk in the black auto carpet that you can get at Menards. Look in to that it will look cleaner. But overall it looks good

it's also kinda crooked (not parallel) but it could just be the camera angle...

Not bad.

But IMO, I like trunk space so I rather have a box that I can remove. Plus my amps would have to be inside the car or on the back wall of the sub. I dont want my amps gettin messed up.

Yes, I had to remove the spare...

The carpet matches better in person, the flash reveals the difference...

Its not crooked...

Its all removable. In case I hit the track...

YES, I did it myself.

Very Nice Job SoCal, i bet you had fun measuring the curves for that cover piece:) Most importantly how's it sound, its cool to see people doing custom work themselves other than making a installer like me charge you out the a$$ You should play with fiberglass, I think you'd have some fun.

well i started working on my car from stock about 1 year ago. I have got as far as i have by doing all the work myself. From the graphics, all white Leather/silver carbonfiber interior, Body kit, Fiberglassing the trunk/install, all the motor work, and i mean everything. Dont get me wrong i have around $40 grand put into this car. And its all coming apart this winter for a complete makeover.

O im a Graphic Designer

also help from 2 friends of mine Visa & Mastercard

Thanks MECP, the curves were handled in a very sly way...But it sounds good. I am not really into "bumping" by car, I listen to a lot of rock. Plus the Sony amp pictured is a D-series amp...I believe. A buddy told me they are for a "clean" bass, and do not really focus on pushing super amounts of power (like a Rockford)...Either way, I get a good bass kick, and I like it.

Yeah i'd rather have softer but clean bass, than blaring but distorted. Sucks cause i want both, and its not really feasable unless you get a very nice sub and build the box exactly to its specs.

Your fiberglassing looks very wavy. What kind of fillers did you use? Did you paint that with spraypaint? I think your back seat would look much better if you wraped it in black carbonfiber vinyl (leather like) It looks so hot and it would look alot cleaner and would hide some of thoes waves.

Here is a pic of my boys car trunk that was fiberglassed and then wrapped in blace carbonfiber materal. (When i say carbonfiber materal i dont mean real carbonfiber its like leather it comes on a roll and you can get it a a fabraic store)
