Ive had this setup for months now it runs great. just no time to come to some meets.

all work was done by me uncluding piping and so forth.

the specs.

t3/t4 aireasearch turbo.turbosmart wastegatecustom piping be me.550cc inectorsblow through maf.magan large intercoolerblitz dd bov6 puck ceramic dual diaphram clutch3" stainless exhaust from turbo back, also by meBikirom for fuel management. (tuned by me)

Car is currenly running 15 psi , going to the dyno next week for some numbers, looking for the 330whp mark on pumpgas.pics









Look at those pimp welds. one ecu 02 bong and one wideband.

I may be going the KA-T route ratehr than the SR. What problems did you run into? Pleased with the results? Did you upgrade any of the internals?

looks good except for that red hose thats sticking out like a sore thumb. haaa im shooting for some 330 numbers as well on my setup at 15 psi too.

yeah the red hose has been changed since the pictures.

the lip is great.

problems i ran into mainly were bad drivability with a open atmosphere bov but once i put the maf on the hot pipe (blow through) ive never looked back.

asside from that i was pretty prepared and now the tuning with the bikirom is an ongoing process but the car is fun.

how is it ghetto, its a 9inch k&n with a 3 inch inlet = Max air intake

i was wondering the same thing too after he said that. i went back and looked at your pics and was like . i thought to myself it looks exactly like my 9'' k&n. sure enough its the exact filter im running too. check out the pics in my sig and youll see. you know what they say about KAs with 9'' K&Ns...

your maf is on the intake side of the engine, correct?i thought that was the cold side.

anyways.. i posted on ka-t.org too but is that.. mig?.. im not too familiar with anything other than fluxcore.. which sucks..

all the piping is tig, and the downpipe is mig.

i was looking at ur picture and i notice u didn't have your intake sensor, is it o.k. to just ditch it or do u have it connected somewhere else???

are you talking about the AIT sensor? if so, you can run without. i dont have one on mine.

yea. but wouldnt ur check light engine come on? Does the sensor ristrict power or did u just feel like not putting it on??
