Lessee as far as internal work not much. -those pistons-clevite bearings (main and rod)-the whole block cleaned, balanced, o-ringed, bored, etc-no head work (okay maybe a light valve polish but nothin major)-stock rods possibly shotpeened
Fuel managment is going to be with a JWT ECU on 50# injectors and a JWT fuel rail, FMIC of course and an unstable-hybrids manifold. If I have the money I will try to get the MSD 6-a to boost my spark up. The turbo is going to be a T3/T04E .60 trim. I am basically copying Dennis' setup, except with the addition of the pistons/block work.

I am aiming for ~350 RWHP @ 15 or so PSI

after EVVVERYTHING? ergh I hate to add it all up, but
pistons: $500 machine work: $500-$600fuel rail + injectors: (got em used) $200new turbo: $600FMIC (ebay special): $300JWT ECU: $500UH Mani: $450BOV: $200Wastegate: $200Fuel Pump: $100Clutch: $300Exhaust: $200 (at the least)Misc: $250
oh god, it's alot.$4400 about. that'll prob be less than what it really is. Even that doesnt include things like guages, random stuff I break, etc. It's best to just not think about it and buy things bit by bit. heh.
People say you can get this done for under 2 grand (and sometimes for under 1 grand) if you scrimp and save. Well, I certanly will keep my eye out for used parts (I got a great deal on the injectors + rail already), but there are some things you just cant go used on. I donno what the final cost is gonna be really-- I just decided that if I'm going to do this, I'm gonna do it right: so there it is.
