I had to cut the bumper a little to get the intercooler to mount flust with the bumper. The mounts for the intercooler are spaced 1 1/2 inches lower than the radiator support. As for the intake it is 3inch hard rubber sewer stuff I picked up from a local hardware store. It works just fine for now. Nick

Is that a stock KA or is it built? Anyway, man that's nice, I see you cut your bumber support. Too big a intercooler huh?

I cant imagine mounting anything bigger or you would have to do without the bumper support. Its a little big but I made it fit.

I have a couple of questions, did you buy a kit or did you piece it together yourself? What engine managment system did you use? is it just the SAFCII? no ecu tunning? Also what type of GM electric fan did you get to work? I want to turbo my Ka and need all the info that I can get. I appreciate any help you can send this way. Nice job by the way your car is Super Clean, I would like to see more pictures of it too.

Thanks for the compliments, nobody had ever thought much of my car. I pieced my kit together because I didn't like what was offered. I used the jgs manifold. and SAFCII and I tunned it with the wideband, I also used stock SR injectors. I knocked back timing a bit too, for the time being. The ecu is the stock auto ecu, I did the 5-speed swap. I rather start with auto and convert them to manuals. The GM electric fan is off an oldsmoblile, don't remember the model but it came with the shroud. I will get some pics up later, yes its stock paint. Thanks. Nick
