No, its part JGS and the rest was peiced together. i wish it was a whole kit , it would have been a lot easier to put on.

nice clean set up. Intercooler piping looks good. What kind of turbo, how many psi are you running?

I myself am in the process of turboing my ka-e and im almost done. I should have a build thread up tonight. I am hoping to be done next weekend. Only thing setting me back at the moment is that i might have lost my title and right now i cant really register the car right now

Congratulation on finishing the car though, hows she run? Maybe you have a video of a nice run?

Looks sweet man, makes me anxious to get my KA going! One thing is that the mafs might be too close to the turbo inlet, I'm no expert but I hear that this can cause turbulence and throw the signal off..but again, looks like a solid ka24det

Ya, you might run into that, although i think i saw someone who actually desinged a block plate to keep that from happening. Looks great man, but is that an s13 radiator?

You nailed it, Yes its a S13 radiator. it will hold me over till i get an after market one. about the intake, im still trying to fig that one out (no room cant move it)

can anyone tell me if i have my vac lines right for my WG (i read many diff ways)

from side port off WG to MBC to turbo housing. top port on WG leave open (or bottom port on WG in my case BC i have a JGS manny).

quick question about your set up, with blow thru bov, I thought the maf had to be after the bov.

Looks great!!!!!!!!

your maf has to go before your turbo and you can put your bov anywheres on the ic piping.

Looks really good, but i can see lots of idle issu'e with that bov being SO close to that throttle plate...

I had mine there also.... with recirculation AND / OR with dec-air feature, it would never idle right.

Moved it to the hot pipe and did a blow thru maf.... runs and idle's like its N/A.....

How far should it be from the tb if a bov is on the cold pipe?

for my EMS i got Enthalpy tuned ECU, and about the bov i started and reved it once before i started the 5 speed swap and it seemed to idle fine, dont know how it drives. but if i have any problems im going to start with my maf then move to the bov.
