The runners are about 5cm shorter then the original. Inside the plenum Jenvey velocity stacks are incorporated. The plenum volume is somewhat hard to determine since the stacks rise of the floor. I estimate the total volume is about 2400cc. The plenum model was bought from Ross machine racing and I modified everything to fit. The flange's were hand made. The AAC and air regulator have yet to be made to fit.

I want to have it tested on a RR here in Holland to figure out what it does to the powerband. Since the inlet tract is still pretty long (just 20% less lenght) I estimate a ca18det with a GT28r will see more power with this manifold, hoping for at least 10hp.

Will post up the results as soon as I have them.

clearly he isnt done, his break booster, FPR, and lots of other important vac lines are totally just hanging right now. assuming he puts atleast one port on...... he can run a vac block for everything else.

The engine in the pics is not running anymore, I'll have to find someone willing to have this built onto his ca18. I made 2 of these, one is already sold the other will be as soon as the dyno results come out.

The idle and vacuum take off points have to be bolted on yet, I'm trying to figure out a good way of placing them.

The butterflie system is pretty useless, I had a ca18 imported from Japan before and the engine didn't run any different (better) then the normal 4 port lower manifold.

I'll put it on my car if you mail it to me and I don't have to pay for it! My car is being tuned on May 30th at 9am. Ive got a wideband, EGT, and a laptop that will be looking at all manner of variables. In all honesty I would never send out a manifold to some sketchball like me though.

Sick manifold by the way, wish mine looked that sharp.

Made a TB cable support bracket, all nicely lined up now. Just the AAC assembly has to be fitted along with the other vacuum take-offs. It's the hardest part, finding a nice spot for the aac

Put it on the bottom, out of the way. You don't want to detract from the smooth lines it has.

just like a woman...flowing lines and smoothness...unlike a man pen15 detracts from the smooth lines

sorry im sleepy lol

my question is...is there a reason it sits so far out from block? i noticed its a lil tighter space near fuel filter and fuse/relay box

The plenum sits so close to the the left to so the runners could be as long as possible. It doesn't touch the abs lines nor fuse box. The aac valve found a place underneath the plenum at runner #1, hidden from view.
