ive had my intercooler mounted for a good while now and been meaning to post pics b/c a while back there were some people wanting pics of it mounted with ka24det set up so im not sure if ne ones posted them yet but heres mine for any one interested in getting this setup. Im using a "treadstone" turbo mani that i got off ebay and a t3/t4 turbonetics turbo, i relocated my battery to the trunk and cut a hole in the battery tray i also got rid of the washer fluid resevoir i tried to save it but i couldn't. The kit worked pretty well i hadda drill different holes in the top mounts and i mounted them into my headlight brackets. I also cut the hot pipe a few inches and bought some extra couplers which were a 90 degree coupler, a reducer and some longer straight ones okay heres the pics o ya and i cut out alotta the inside of my bumper!

i forgot to take a pic of the bumper after i cut out the inside... all i did was cut out the white part at the bottom i trimed it down pretty far..cuz it wasnt clearing the intercooler when i put the bumper back on

^^^ Exactly what I was wondering.

That's one humongous intercooler. You shouldn't be having any intake temp issues with that bad boy!

Your installation looks good, from what I can see. My only concern is driving around without and actual bumper support.

I have seen that bumper support save many inter coolers heh. The installation does look clean.

that so called "5 mph bumper support" saved one of my s13s *** in a 30mph rear ending the prev owner did. so it woulda had a hella lot more damage in that accident w/o it, instead of just having a cracked bumper and bent bumper support.... -paul
