I made this it is just the first copy will make full length one later. Want it to run from dash down and back

How did you make that? It kind of reminds me of an old Italian car

got some real heavy cardboard type material that is actually like plastic, but corrugated just like card board. Cut it and taped it together then covered with fiberglass resin. Then covered in vinyl. I am going to make a one piece full length one now that I know it will work and fit okay. Going to make one with cup holders and storage area with flip up lid that doubles as arm rest. will run from the back of the seats all the way to the dash. Basically adding a full console to the part that is there. Took a little time a few bucks but not that hard to do really.

Thanks it was first run at it. I want to smooth it out but then covering it is a real b****. I may make it modular so I can cover it tight with no wrinkles. The slope up to the dash makes one piece covering a real pain.I may make the next one out of thin wood and cover the sides separate from the top or face. Then attach from the under side with brackets. Then I can get a smooth covering. Will post pics when I get that one going.

as soon as the weather gets a bit warmer and not so much rain I will attack the full console project. I will post pics as I go along, will do a good write up and pics from start to finish.
