SilSweet80SX, it says on your site that your car is a sileighty, but your car is a coupe. Your car would have to be a hatch to be considered a sileighty. If its a coupe it is just a 240sx with a Silvia conversion. You are right though, the Silvia conversion does look better on coupes than hatchbacks.

Rudee023-how much did you pay for your conversion, and where did you get it. I am also interested in a carbon-fiber hood, where did you find one made for the conversion, and how much did you pay for it, by the way, you have one sweet car!

Yeah..I think so too. I am not a big fan of fastbacks with silvia conversions. I say save thge money and get some more pop ups...:ylsuper

I_eat_Hondas: Thanks. My conversion was 950 from McKinney motorsports in San Diego. The CF Hood cost me $400 from Sunny Stylingz. It's not exactly show quality but more than adequate for a daily driver.

not lookin for show quality, infact this conversion goes against my personal motto, which is "if it dosent make it go FASTER then DONT do it!!!" But since the front end is trashed, and I have a bit of extra cash I figured why not...right. And I love the way it looks on a fast back, looks like no other car out there and I think its hot

it does add some performance, the s13 front is said to be lighter because it's not powered by a motor headlight like the 180sx. i also think the s13 bumper is better for a front mount intercooler since the dam seems somewhat bigger.
