yeh i was gonna give it a try to see if any has on here. ive seen them on a lot of hondas. no matter what i will get 195.50.15s..65 series are like truck profile lolsuperskunk wrote:thats gonna be tough, i dont think anyone has put a lower profile tire on 15's
thanks for the input man. i just didnt know how well they were gonna be for that car. thats why i asked to see pics cz i see them on civics and tegs all the time.Shad0wXCalibur wrote:You are aware that a 195/50/15 tire would leave insane wheel gap (even with a drop!), throw the speedometer and odometer way off, and not be the proper load rating, right? A 2700 pound car shouldn't be put on tires with only a 82 load rating. The lowest profile size you could do with the stock 15"s is a 205/55/15. That size has the proper load rating and looks much less like a donut than the 185/65/15 tire.
that what i was planning on doing for her. her stock steelys still have good A/S tires on there. and yes ill post some pics..actually let me find the thread when i did her lowering kitShad0wXCalibur wrote:Well since the 15s are aftermarket, a 225/50/15 tire would fit and probably give massive grip but there aren't many tires available in that size. If you still have the stock wheels for it, it's best to use those for dedicated snow tires. True snow tires will always do better than any all-season tire.
Btw, I'm interested in seeing what the stock tire looks like on an aftermarket 6.5" wide wheel if you can post close up pics of it. I find that even the dinky 185 tire looks bulgy on the Versa's narrow 5.5" wide wheels.

she has the same tire size. i just think they are kinda big and want a lower profile tire. looking at 16 or might look at a good deal with 17siluvmyVersa08 wrote:

The only tires I've bought for the Versa so far are winter tires and went with 185/65/R15 for them. Dealer recommended that so I bought it with Sacchi rims.
They don't look too bad for winter wheels...
yeh not bad for winter wheels/tires.iluvmyVersa08 wrote:YA I know there is A LOT of rubber on these tires, but I wouldn't want anything less for a winter tire.
They have been great in slick/snowy conditions. Hopefully I can take them off in 2-3 weeks
