Here are they are installed! Please excuse the increadibly dirty car... this is the level above the KO XR's. I had originally ordered the XT-alphas (helper springs on the rear is the only diff), but they messed up my order... and I couldn't wait 2.5 more months like I waited for these. I will let you all know how they drive and compare to my buddy's FLT-A2's as soon as the RB swap is finished (most likely next week).

That's actually the replacement motor that just went in, a RB20DET, with the hoist still attached to it.

Thanks everyone!

The car should be on the ground late this week or early next week. I picked them up from http://www.driftspeed.com I am waiting on my Hybrid front mount kit and I have to weld up a dp... shouldn't be long though! I'll post pics as soon as I get them.

OK... finally... I've been driving it for 3 weeks now and finally took some pics of it on the ground:

... with this ground clearance it still makes it in the driveway... as long as I go in at a 90 deg angle. However, it seems to be fine around town so far (being careful with rail road tracks etc). For more pics on the car check out the link in my signature.

I really haven't pushed the car to much due to the 198k mile lower ball joints, but the new ones are in and I'll press them in when I get back to the car (up in MI for a few months). The little bit I have pushed it... without really dialing them in... I am really really really sold on Kei Office!

2100+shipping for the XT's like mine. I ordered the XT-a's but they messed up the order, as I've stated before, and refunded the difference. I ordered them from a company called Driftspeed.com. These took 3 months to come in... but they were a brand new 04 model when I ordered them and was told there is a good chance I'm the only one/first one in the nation with them. It may take less time now that they've been out for about a year. So far I really like them, so I really can't even imagine how nice they will be once I dial them in correctly!

Quote »the front looks real low. Nice man.[/quote] Thank you very much! The front has the factory lip on it... which probably makes it look even lower than it really is... it is definitely one thing I have to look out for when I pull in the ol' driveway.

I just remembered this post and thought I'd check on it... wow... Drift Factory... your prices are awesome! To bad you didn't carry KO back when I ordered mine... I paid what your charging for XT-a's for my XT's! I guess it's the price I pay for being one of the first.

Good thing I got a Nismo FPR adaptor for free... otherwise I'd be kind of pissed...

As long as you are happy with them, that's all that really matters at this point.
