1st pic:Wire insulator and covers found on the ground one early morning before going to work. They belong to the left and right knock sensors.

2nd pic: If you look close enough somewhere near the middle of the pic is a cable that 's about 3/4 in in diameter which is not connected. From looking at my buddy's car (same Y33), it goes to the two knock sensors.

3rd:Insulations of the hood chewed off by mice.

4th:Another pic that shows the chewed cable. This one has a green tape.

I tried searching for them under both your user name and some key words (mice, insulation, insulator) and nothing came up .

Sorry guys! This is the first time I am doing this. I went back in photobucket and created a url, tag, and img. Let's try that again and let me know.

Thanks!

Completely agree with that. Some rodent ate the winshield washer tube along with the knock sensors harness on my Q forcing me to replace the sensors and the harness. The car runs like new now :-)

That's terrible incident... I recommend having a cat in your back yard or something.

I am looking for a cable replacement. Where can I get the part # and where can I order this? I have tried infinitipartsusa.com and had no luck.
