so today me and my friend Sabria took a trip to San Francisco but decided to take the scenic route.... we went towards marin county and point rayes to hit hwy 1 which is claimed to be one the best hwy's in the world.... it goes along the coast..... we went along the coast and did 27 MILES of twisty roads ya, 27 miles of twisty roads where your just a couple feet from going off into the ocean is a bit crazy....

here are a couple pics, ill get the rest later from Sabria or she can post them here (she has a Nissan sentra and a NICO account)..... well, here are the pics she sent me

and heres a pic of Infinian raceway in Sonoma which we didnt plan on passing by but said oh s***, theres the track lol

and heres a pic of me in the freezing water, like ice cold, i'm freezing my a** off in this pic lol

it ended up being 80 degrees later in the day but in the morning (when i was standing in the water) it was about 70 degrees out but the water felt like 30 degrees lol

and it does look like a shark in the back but i think it was these crazy people trying to surf in the freezing water.

we took much better pics and made 2 vids.... one vid was me doing some corners (BEFORE we hit the 27 mile stretch of curves) and the other vid was of me playing with manual mode while having my electronic exhaust cut-out open while going on the bay bridge but idk how good the vid will be because the car was just waaaay too loud and idk how scratchy it will sound on the computer.....

but about the 27 miles of curves, it looked like someone deliberately made it for someone to test out there suspension... i mean one section i had to turn the wheel all the way to the left then instantly turn it to right and it looked like something you would test out a RWD drifting skills.... cant wait to get some springs and new tires

I love taking the coast all the way up to Frisco, we're usually in my dad's 4runner but this summer I hope to take a long road trip and start off by hitting up the coast line hopefully with a new setup

This quote rivals LBC's 20-25 hours in a day, then I remembered you coastal people have saltwater, so...I guess I can let it slide.

It is awesome seeing green grass again! I can't wait for that stuff to come back to the midwest!

And more importantly, you did 27 miles on highway 1...was that 13.5 one way or you make a circle and go home a different way? It would be fun to race through something like then, then flip it and race it 'mirror'.

We went the 27 miles along the coast from Point Reyes Station up to the Golden Gate Bridge and took the Bay Bridge home back to Sacramento. But the drive on Highway 1 was amazingly beautiful. You guys should all do it sometime. Just don't try to look down while you're turning the corner. It got to be pretty steep and there were points where I could not even see the ground beyond the railing (when there was railing). And like Hussain said, the water was cold and I'm pretty sure there were jagged rocks at the bottom.

Anyway, the weather was absolutely perfect but cooler than what we're used to which is why we brought sweatshirts. We're from Sacramento where the temperature reaches 100+ in the summer all day, every day. There's no ocean breeze to cool us off either...
