What is the appeal of those mods? I've never actually understood it even as a teenager it never appealed to me. I've been parked at red lights next to late 90's civics with these things on them and it's just odd lol. I'm sure it'd look a lot better on a new Versa. Then again I like my car to be quiet and to blend in. I assume those types of mods have to attract the attention of the Police?

If it's loud it might, but they all come with a silencer. As long as you don't take the silencer, it wouldn't attract any police. Plus, as long as it has the catalytic converter, it's 100% legal :]

Ah then the guy at the red light the other day in that terrible looking old civic needed a silencer! This car was making so much noise from that thing i could feel the vibrations inside mine lol

Well i love spped i guess. i love to feel the rush. now i know im not going to get a rush driving a versa but hey. i bought this car because room mpg and reliabilty. I will admit i love the attention but i also like my cars to look sound and smell nice. its a petpeve thing i guess. but yeah i just love to improve my cars.

yeah and thats one thing i hate. is that people will buy old a** civics and even if there is no paint on the damn thing and all rust. If oyu have the Exhaust on the car your the s***. Now in my case i have a 2007 nissan versa with No scuffs no rust no maintenance problems. so yeah. i guess it kind of changes the perspective you have on the exhaust depending on witch car you have.
