I have a 1996 nissan pick up and the other day the battery died, so i recharged the battery and when i tried to start it, it wont start. I hear a sound for about 1 sec and then nothing, no lights on the panel or nothing. Can someone give me a hint or some advise. please.

^^x2, I like to neutralize the acid on the teminals with a mix of baking soda and water, and a little work with an old toothbrush. Some people even use Cola, but I never have. There are even those steel wire terminal cleaning tools.

Is not the terminals because i replaced them, is not the battery because ive recharged it and cleaned the poles.

have you had the battery tested? Recharging a bad battery doesn't fix a bad battery.

Follow your cables down and look for corrosion on the ground and starter ends as well.

Yes the battery is good, there is current flowing, bcs i can hear i believe is the fuel pump and the alarm works, but there is no lights or response from the starter.

if you haven't had the battery tested, I'd still do that. It takes a lot less juice to run the lights and the fuel pump than it does to spin the starter. Do you get any clicking or anything when you turn the key?

Is not the battery, i tested it with my own tester, and the guys at autozone tested it and charged, the battery is fine, the ground is fine, no corrosion good contacts, i rang the relays and they came up fine, the only thing i need is someone that has a wiring diagram so i can see the full circuit and tested it all before i teardown the dash. So IS NOT THE BATTERY. I havent checked the starter yet, but that will be my next step if i dont find the wiring diagram.

i'd like to kindly disagree on that... mainly because because i don't even have fusible links anymore and everything runs fine...

i suppose there could be an issue within them causing the problem... but i'm not sure

so if you don't have them they can't be the problem ...
