Hey guys. Im picking up a j30 diff and was told it bolts rivht back to my 96 s14. I know aslong as the 6last bolt pattern on the axsle is the same. Then it should bolt right up right? And my second question to this is. When i upgrade axsles do i go back with j30 or q45? And does all this bolt right back to the s14 hubs and all? Thats is for the diff.
Now the brakes. Im also picking parts for z32 brake upgrade. Well what year and size do i need? I've been on here looking for specifics on these upgrades. But can't find all the info i need. Besides rotors and calipars, do i need brackets? Any help would be appreciated.

Z calipers don't need a bracket. They bolt straight to the upright. However, the brake line is handled differently between the Z and S. Factory S-chassis cars use a banjo bolt while Z's use a flare fitting. There are conversion braided lines available to make it work.

As for the diff, I would suggest staying with S14 axles unless you're snapping them.
