Next Saturday I am grabbing my third s13. It has an rb20 swap in it that seems to run pretty well in stock form. It had recently had the water pump replaced. I am just curious about basic maintenance on these.

What oil, oil filter, plugs and trans fluid do you guys recommend. I am totally ignorant to these motors other than the fact that they sound awesome. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
