Picking Out a Z

So I've been here at NICO for little while, had a 90 240sx that I didn't do much to due to funds and the economy but I sold it in Feb of this year and I've been regretting it. So now that I've gotten a much better job and gotten back on my feet so to say. I've been scouting for some Zs and one that I recently found I thought I would get some more opinions on it.
I went to talk to a salesman and I was able to get it for 16.5k out the door. But they won't budge anymore. Any thoughts or advice?

For those who don't want to click on it, its a 2004 roadster, Red, 68k miles, 6spd, leather, not sure what trim it is, any help? its very clean. I drove it and it does need a new clutch, like now.

I'd use that as a bargaining chip, honestly. Tell them either replace the clutch or lower the price.
