picking out a short shifter

what up guys. i was looking for a short shifter for my car but didn't know which one is better than others so i was wondering if anyone knew which one is better. i found an OBX short shifter, a B&M, Nismo, and C-Type japanese which i think its made by RVM performance. o ya i have a 240sx hatchback 1991. thanks guys.:ylsuper

I would stay away from the OBX, I think I've heard the B&M and Nismo are good pieces but I really don't know. I do know how to find out... use the little red search button in the top right corner. I know this has been discussed several times before. Try searching... it helps.

The Nismo shifter is not really a short shifter. It is a Solid Shifiter and is just a tad bit shorter than stock. It's supposed to make it feel a bit stiffer.

and yes i did get it and no i'm not really happy with it. but that's my own fault really should have done some more research.

I just installed a projectsilvia short shifter and I like it. It wasn't that much and good quality. I've just had it a few days but so far I'm happy with it.
