Mods will be a S14 T28 (GT28R) and the normal bolt on's. My goals are around 280-300whp will a set of 444's and a SFAC'II with a dyno tune be good enough for this or will I need 550's? and like E-rom? I only want 300whp or less nothing crazzy.

550s, a bigger pump and a ROM tune. Might want to think about a bigger air flow meter as well.

the AFM is a dead give away same with the Fuel pump, but I am just wondering if I need 444's or 550's with a SAFC'II and get the safc'II tuned on a dyno for 280-300 whp or if I need a whole stand alone.

For something this level a good ROM tuned stock ECU would get it done.

550's would be best to give you a lil breathing space, good for around 350whp

As for the ECU, id go for a good standalone with MAP sensor

They are 370s, and I would not give them any more than 220hp worth of credit.

OP, you'll want some bigger injectors. 550 will work well. You might want to consider a bigger turbo as well. That little t28 will be balls-to-the-wall maxed out at 300hp. Might not ever see 300whp. I have a GT2860R and have a hard time imagining it pushing more than 260-270whp at 18-20psi. Any more than that and it'll be way out of its efficiency range.

I ran the 370's with a adjustable FPR and bosch 040 pump and it made 248whp and they had to abort the dyno run as they were all out of flow at 5500rpm and leaned out quite badly.

Always go bigger than your goals, u can always turn down bigger injectors. You dnt have to be crazy like me and purchase 1000cc injectors though...unless u really like boost :}
