hello all :rotfl

i was in the market to get a car for a while and i finally pulled the trigger last week for a white 2.5s...

it's got all the packages so i'm loving all the amenities since i'm not exactly coming from a luxury car :]

i've spent over $10,000 in mods on my previous car and i was into "spirited" drives and tracking it, but those days are over... i like the fact that my new car runs/rides smooth, gets decent gas mileage, and does not require premium fuel, haha...

i will be going with a black and white theme [like everything else i own] and just make it a little unique...

my bc coils are coming in next week and after i lower it i will be taking it to the body shop to get some work done ~
EDIT: i ended up taking it to the body shop first...

Image

what i have done so far...
/// 18x7.5 +42 enkei lusso wheels
/// 225/45/18 bf goodrich kdw2 tires
/// varrstoen neo chrome extended lug nuts
/// bc coilovers w/ spc rear camber arms
/// tint [35/20]
/// interior led bulbs
/// yellow fog light overlay
/// gt-r start button
/// garax 8000k hid bulbs
/// stillen front lip
/// painted grille surround/roof/rear diffuser [black]
/// custom font license plate bracket
/// debadged trunk

the car is mostly done as of 29JAN2013... just waiting on my custom plates to come in... here is how it stands now:

thanks, im still getting used to all the bells and whistles...

its a great, spacious car and im loving it so far :]

i looked at a 3.5 crimson black, but i know i didnt need the v6 and the lower mpgs... also, ive only owned white cars in the past, so why stop now? :rotflmao

i usually dont like black, but the cb is nice, esp under a good light source; it reminds me of a black cherry...

the dealership where i got my car was a decent size, but there are bigger ones around my area...

i drove out 50 miles after seeing it online... i always thought red interior was really cool, so i took this opportunity to own one, haha...

i cant wait to lower it, the wheel well gaps are killing me @_@

o0, i thought their black is crimson black, did not even realize they have solid black as well :rotfl

i asked the first dealer if they can do a dealer trade for me, but they said no since they will lose money on it: the internet price was listed for $6000 off msrp...

i did not mind the drive at all, i was contemplating flying up to idaho last week and driving back in a brz !

as much i want to, i don't want the stockers to go to waste, so i will wait a little while before i get new shoes...

i think the mesh-style looks the best on these ACs, so i will most likely go that route... for now i'm set on the enkei lussos...

Looks good! But why going back to get the trunk debadge? It's a easy DIY

well, i need to go back for the bracket anyways, so mind as well have him do it "professionally"...

my DIY days are over, anyways...

with my old car i NEVER took it in for anything [minus the ecu tuning] since it was all self-wrenched...
pretty much the exact opposite with this car, haha

i miss my old car (T_T)

Body looks great!

I would save up now for some nice wheels and coil overs

bc coilovers are sitting in my garage... the only thing keeping me from getting them installed is the fact that my garage has a nasty dip and i should get that taken care of before i go slamming my car :chuckle:

as for the wheels/tires, i don't want my stockers to go to waste, so i will keep them for a little while and save up in the meantime...
i only have 350 miles on the odo, so i have a long way to go, haha ~

If you're gonna keep your stocks then go ahead, install BC's and get an even 2 inch drop all around. For better handling and you'll be able to go through your driveway. Slamming the car on stocks is gonna look tacky. my 2¢

i don't care about handling on this car, it's not a sports car and i almost never drive faster than the posted speed limit [no joke]... i got the coilovers for the sole reason of dumping it to the ground, but i will keep it @ -2" all around for now until i get some new wheels... and as for my driveway, not a chance... i have to go up @ 45-degrees even at stock height to avoid scraping :frown:

that's usually what happens when people mod cars with limited after-market support :yesnod
