Hey Kiven, we will have to come to the next Q45 meet Mike puts on.

I went back today and got the seat I was happy it was still there. They had all seats on sale so I got it for 15 bucks with tax

The active bar was gone maybe somone on here snagged it.

I will post a picture later

Cracked leather can be repaired. It sucks that someone would damage perfectly good parts - but my takeaway is that if you see something great - pull it NOW!

I cannot recommend the crack filler, they dye has held up great on my passenger seat, for over a year in all places except where I uses the crack filler

Is the crack filler similar to body putty and dries hard? Is so, I've experienced the same problem and do not recommend. I had some luck with vinyl repair cement that dries flexible and can be painted.

Yes, It will be more consistent but I think you get better coverage and adhesion brushing or rolling on the the first coat or two.

I used a brush before and it was impossible to avoid brush marks, when took away from the leather grain. Time will tell as this will replace my driver seat, and my previous project on the passenger side was brushed
