lol what the hell, man? i have a 10" sub in the back of my z and i have the cd player set to like -8 or -10 bass because it's too much.

man, that thing must be slow as hell with that sub in there. at least it won't get stolen - it's too heavy lol.

anyway, sorry for bashing.

Yea, i'm actually stationed in Okinawa, Japan. The car itself i'm just having a hard time keeping it on the road now. Centerbearing is gone (awaiting straight driveshaft. Flywheel is bad(looking for a replacement around 250 i hope).

I bought the sub with the car and I can't really get fast enough for speed to matter. Top speed limit on the islands freeway is 80 Kmph which is like 60ish mph i guess. Usually too many cars on it to get over 120 kmph. It actually sounds pretty dang good but when you turn it up it rattles the trunk a bit but thats getting around to not even pleasant listening.

The T-Tops fit in the backseat. I rarely leave them at home because of our sporadic rain storms here.

I have a bigger sound system than that in my Z and the window hasn't broken yet, I doubt you'd damage yours if you turned it up.

When your windshield wiper starts jumping an inch or so off the glass, you can still push it a bit.

Yea, but the metal around your window probably isn't rusted to hell either, that and the hatch needs to be adjusted to stay down tighter. Thats one thing that sucks about islands. Rust is a mofo.

haha funny story for ya'll

I put a new system in my old NA way way back. Powerful a** alpines (2 12"ers) with about 1500watts pushing. I blew out the seals on the quarter windows and they actually where letting the air out through the broken seals. and were only attached at the top point. I pushed my hand one day cleaning out the old tint and the window fell out (but I caught it).

So crack your windows with a lot of sub air pressure because damn it will escape somehow. You car becomes its own sub box and air WILL force its way out.
