Does anyone have those two pictures showing the right and wrong way to put on an idler pulley? (in terms of components) If so can you please upload it and post it in this thread. Much appreciated.

Another quick question...

On the Y33 (I'm assuming those pictures are of pulleys from the G50) there are actually two of those black plates, one that goes on each side of the pulley. On the side that faces you when you put the pulley on (meaning the dot is facing out,) does the metal washer go behind the black plate or in front? So if it was behind it, the pulley would be sitting on the metal washer when its back together. So it would be like this:

adjust bolt -> metal washer #1 (larger one) -> plate #1 -> pulley -> metal washer #2 (smaller one) -> plate #2

Does it go back together like this? Or is it supposed to be put together like this:

adjust bolt -> plate #1 -> metal washer #1 (larger one) -> pulley -> metal washer #2 (smaller one) -> plate #2

The washer acts as a spacer of the black shield thing, so you put that on first.

The washers always touch the pulley.
