pic request: FMIC on S13 with crashbar

Hey guys, i'm looking for some pics of tha S13 (with flip ups) silvia fronts need not apply.

i'm looking to see how and where you mounted your front mount well leaving the crash bar in place. so pics with the front bumper off is what is needed, thanks much!

i dont have a picture, but i notched it out with a grinder.. it took forever but it worked.

my old setup... but then i removed the support so i could run the msport bumper. you could use a torch and cut the support enought to clear the core.

thanks man, your IC looks about the same size as mine. i'm pretty sure i'm going to try and mount it on the underside of the crash bar. or notch a little of it.

I'm sorry I only have this one terrible picture, but this is what my intercooler looks like with the bumper on. It is mounted exactly like silvias13lover's intercooler, and is only slightly longer end tank to end tank.



I really hope that doesn't pop up as 1024x768, photobucket is gay, and I just resized it to 600x400...

I just went with a smaller core IC. I like faster full boost timessss.



The IC stops right where the crash bar begins so I didn't even have to trim. I should get better pics for ya.

i mocked up mine tonight, there is about 1 1/2 or 2" of intercooler tucked up behind the crash bar. should be ok though.

You can cut a bit of it out if you're obsessive like the rest of us for MAX AIRFLOWWWWW to the IC. lawlz.
