Cool. I feel better then. You didn't have to roll your fenders did you? And how much did you lower? I was thinking 225/40 F and 235/40 R. Now I will go w/ th 245/40 R. So effectively you have a 18x8.5 with a 25mm offset up front.masterteque wrote:Here are mine with 18x8.5f and 18x9.5r. Both have a 35mm offset with a 10mm spacer on front. 225/40 on front and 245/40 on rear...I don't think I would do this without lowering though.....
That is just the information I needed. As far as negative camber, how much did you use? I will probably stay pretty close to stock height (nervous about Naples streets) until I get to a better area. I still have to pick up coilovers or springs/dampeners to complete my suspension. Thanks again.masterteque wrote:yes...25mm...8mm will just clear coilovers with some negative camber....
No rubbing at all....I don't think 18's are too harsh for the streets and I am on s**tty PA roads. That just my opinion......thenillaz wrote:BTW masterteque, with 18s and 40 series tires, do you experience any rubbing of the inner wall when you turn your wheels to full lock?
front and rears on both carsroplusbee wrote:Did you roll your fenders Yokoda? I still haven't gotten tires yet. Hopefully my tempo will slow down so that I can get my ride finished up. Again, good to see you back.
