Anyone have some pics of a s14 with fn01rc's? Fronts would be 18x8.5 +30 and the rears would be 18x9.5 +35. Been searching but didn't find pics of the rims in the right diameter (a lot of 17's) or the right offset. This set up is recommended for s14's on the 5zigen website, but will these wheels fit the stock strut suspension? TIA for help..getting a headache from searching lol

18x8.5 +30 & 18x9.5 +35 is sunk like the USS Arizona. The reason they suggest those sizes is so it will clear stock suspension.... I think.

Either way I would go +22 in the back and since +30 is as low as they go for a 8.5 in the front you are going to need to throw a 10mm spacer on it too look decent at least.

I run 17's but they are 9 in the front and 10 in the rear with +15/+12 respectively. Look at my sig to see what it looks like. It's hard to pull off 18's without decent aero.

you mean the spokes curve in towards the center right?

I've seen a lot of s14's run 18's with stock aero and it looks good especially if they drop the car about 2". I would maybe pick a more baller offset, but I'm actually looking at some used wheels which are already in these sizes. Yeah, I saw your car when I was searching..nice s14 w/ that jdm aero!

My S14 is lowered pretty good on 18" fn's. 9.5 all the way around with +12 offset. I have no pics, but i can tell you that the rear tires tuck into the fender wells whilst runnin an aggresive camber(due to no having adjustable RUCA's), and the fronts stick out about 3/4ths of an inch past the fender. I'm waiting to get them rolled and pulled to tuck them in. I'll try to get pics if I dont forget. And I'm running base zenki aero until i get my navan stuff painted , which i must cite to ddgsxr504 and spanishricer since they did it first.

No, I mean that the entire wheel will sit inside the fender well.

Here is a pic from my old set-up before I got my diploma from the "NICO Offset & Flushness Academy.

Hey did you have to do any modifications to the fenders to fit those 17x9 in the front? What size tire are you running and what kind of suspension set up do you have?

No modifications to the front fenders. The tires are 235/45 up front and 255/40 in the rear. The tire rubs the fender lining on the inside on extremem compression but other wise it just clears the fender itself.

I have Ksport Coilovers.

so lower offsets like 15 and 12 would be more suitable for that flush look right? hey ddgsxr504, that pic is with the 9.5's +35 in the rear?

I'd love to run 10's +12 in back and 9's in front +15 but do you guys think my stock strut suspension would be a problem? No one seems to run these bad a$$ rims w/ stock struts lol

you may have clearance issues with your stock front struts if your planning to run 17x9 +15, maybe, with 17x10 +12 would be perfect for the rear, with a very minor pull and a fender roll

LOL, that is a tough school to graduate from. I know i've been there before and failed.

the rears, you have a decent amount of room to play with, the fronts not so much. on the 16x8 +30 wheels i have now, the fronts are damn near hitting my coilovers, like millimeters away. so using a wheel offset calculator (google search it) you can enter specs and find out how much more or less the inside and outside of the new wheels will sit compared to your stock wheels, or whatever.

thanks guys, yeah i'm really considering getting these probably in 17's because of the baller offsets. I just don't want to have to buy coilovers to run these wheels. Coilovers would be the knockout blow on my savings after the wheels and tires...
