I tried to grind the stock pulley but it trashed. This i have now is machined out of one piece alloy.

Also the fuelrail is made from one piece alloy.

But we have a company in Sweden that sells fuelrail to ca18det 4 port head. Its called Nuke-performance (http://www.nukeperformance.com/)

Ofcourse i can make more alloy pulley without powerstering and AC but it will cost almost 300usd.

More pics soon.

i wouldnt change your OEM pulley unless you plan on balancing the rotating assembly, like im sure he did when he built his motor.

I'm pretty sure they call it a harmonic balancer / crank pulley damper, I think it has some type of rubber insulation in it to dampen the vibrations and such, but you lose that by switching to a pulley like that.

i thought the crank had to be fully counter-weighted to be able to do away with a harmonic dampener? and our cranks aren't

I dont know what counter-weighted is?But my crank flywheel clutch and pulley are ballanced just so i can change anything of them and just have to balance the new part.

The CA crank is half counterweighted, it should need an external balancer as a result I would think.

There is no fully counterweighted crank for the CA18, anywhere. The Tomei CA20 crank is just a modified Nissan OE CA20 crank.

You could definitely have one made for less than the price of a Tomei unit. It would be really expensive though. If you have access to a bada$s 5-axis machine you could always make one yourself.
