Thought I would put the Yoko's from my 240sx on the Silvia this afternoon and have a little fun on the highway in front of my house. Not the best pic b/c our camera sucks. The tires didn't produce much smoke either. oh well. here it is.

shut.. can someone host it for me.. thanks

The clouds (in the sky) in that pic are very unusual, neat.

why didn't you put some bleach on the ground. It would've smoked way more than that.

You don't need to warm up street tires at the track. It actually makes them less grippy and you end up with worse 60 foot times. Avoid the water pit and just turn the tires over one complete rotation to get all the rocks and sand off them and your good to go.

True. The Gold 240 has slicks, and this is a burnout thread not a fast track time thread. We all love to smoke the tires to show how bad your car is.

Maybe I'll put the yoko's back on this weekend and get the bleach out. I'm always out for lots of smoke. My daughter was with me at the time of that burn out. she is almost 3. But she was yelling. "daddy, your car whistles, you've got a whistling car daddy". it was funny. She hates playing in the house with dolls. She comes out to the garage to help "fixxin" cars. hehe.. i LUV her...

That is mint. I want my car to be puff the magic dragon for my daughter. She is a newborn born on Friday the 12th. It must rock having your child with you.

On subject, I can't do a Smokey burnout if my life depended on me. I can't seem to keep the car still enough to make smoke. It just makes some noise and takes off.

I can make some smoke in motion though:
